Oasis Tourist Park

The Park

After spending a week at the FreeSpirit in town, we decided to mix up our stay in Darwin by checking out another great caravan park not far down the road. We had a lot of followers recommend this spot as a must see! We can definitely see why after pulling up in the driveway. ⁣

The family owned & run park is called the Oasis Tourist Park and it definitely lives up to its name, Oasis 🌴 As we pulled in we noticed how lush & green the place was with amazing secluded bays under huge rainforest like trees! It’s an amazing setup, we were basically in our own little area with palm trees out one window & lush green grass out the other. ⁣

We are again on a power/water site which has cost us $40 a night. The joys of being in Darwin during the wet season 😉 bulk aircon lol... But that aside, this place was definitely living up to its name. ⁣

The park supplies well maintained showers, toilets & laundry that have washing machines that don’t leave marks and a dryer that really dries! And of course, there is an amazing pool. The pool is always a highlight for us of late with the heat of the day, and this one is a really great setup. It’s a great park to relax and unwind with the sound of nature and birds around you.
