Infants are free (0-2 years).
An adult ticket is broken down to $49.00 per adult, per day.
Children are $10.00 per day (3-16 years).
Your 3 day ticket includes:
📍 3 x nights camping at Gootchie Creek (per person)
📍 Live music on Friday and Saturday. Friday night we have Darcy Kate, a Sunshine Coast local playing a range of classics & her own songs for 4hrs. Saturday night we have a young duo couple Cora & Lochie again from the Sunshine Coast region playing all things pub & anthems plus a few of their own songs.
📍 Entry into ALL giveaways. There will be a QR Code will be available for everyone to scan for the chance to win some great prizes on Saturday. Look for the QR code at the marquee!
📍 Barbecue lunch at Historic Theebine Hotel (drinks not included). A barbecue lunch menu is provided for everyone to choose an item of their choice. Refer to FAQ page for menu choices. Dietary requirements are catered for.
📍 Movie Night. Fully setup outdoor cinema with big screen will be available on Friday & Saturday with a family friendly movie for the kids to enjoy so the parents you can relax.

BY APPOINTMENT: Caravan and car weighing FREE of charge for the Camp Out Crew to raise awareness and help keep travellers safe on the road. You will receive a full weigh report, legal weigh receipt and professional advice on each individual setup and how to improve your weights if needed. Thursday 15th June
Check in from 8:30am
ALL DAY: Jumping Castle & lawn games for the kids & adults!

Friday 16th June
ALL DAY: Jumping Castle & lawn games for the kids & adults!

11:30am sharp: Leave camp in convoy to the Historic Theebine Hotel (15 minute drive). UHF Channel 37.
11:45am-2:30pm: Historic Theebine Hotel Barbecue Lunch. Meals are included in your ticket price. Beverages can be purchased at the bar. Menu can be found in the FAQ’s page.
2:30pm: Convoy back to camp via Dickerbram Bridge for a convoy drone shot (30 minute round trip). Fun fact: The bridge opened in 1886 and is the oldest remaining large metal truss bridge still in use today!
4:00pm – 8:00pm Live music with Darcy Kate at the marquee/fire. There will be pub favourites, anthems, classic and original music!
6:30pm: Movie Time for the children. Mum & Dad, set the kids up to watch a movie in eyesight of the music while you enjoy the last couple of hours of live music.
Saturday 17th June

10:30 – 11:30am Hey kids! Take a ride on the Gootchie Trailer (seats 10 per trip, 3 years & over) to visit the cattle and feed them. If you would prefer to walk to the cattle feeding that’s ok too! There will be a few trips back and forward in the hour.
11:30 – 12:30 Join in for a large nature-based treasure hunt with Nicole from Gootchie Creek. For more info visit Nature Play QLD.
2:30pm – 3:30pm Big Oz Trivia at the Marquee. Prizes to be won!
3:45pm We will be getting our group photo around 3:45pm before the music gets going. If you have purchased a Camp Out Crew tee, please wear it for the photo!
4:00pm – 8:00pm Tonight we will have a bonfire! BYO camp chair, drinks and nibblies for LIVE music with local artists, Cora & Lochie. There will be pub favourites, anthems, classic and original music along with speeches, awards and giveaways with Sian & Chris. Located at the Marquee/fire.
6:30pm: Movie Time for the children. Mum & Dad, set the kids up to watch a movie in eyesight of the music while you enjoy the last couple of hours of live music.

What isn’t included in my ticket price?
All purchases from the Gootchie Creek kiosk
Any drinks purchased at the Historic Theebine Hotel (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
Firewood crates (Sold by Gootchie Creek – 15kg of fire wood at $15.00 per bag)
Ice bags (Sold by Gootchie Creek – 5kg bag for $5.00)
Can I arrive before Thursday 15th June or stay longer?
YES – You will need to book dates outside of 15-18th June though Gootchie Creek directly. We have hired the venue for a fee for three days and outside of this time, Gootchie Creek rates and rules apply. If you arrive earlier than the 15th, please be mindful that we will be busy setting up and editing so we can spend the whole weekend with you and we may not be available to catch up socially outside of the Camp Out dates.
I don’t have a caravan but would love to come! Can I hire a caravan?
YES – you can! Gootchie Creek have caravans and camper options available that you can hire directly. If you are looking at hiring a van through Gootchie Creek for the event, please contact us for Camp Out ticket pricing after booking your van as these prices are for campers bringing their own equipment.
Is there power or water available?
There are no powered sites available at Gootchie Creek. With regards to water, we recommend you arrive with your tanks full. If you need a refill, there is drinking water available on site to top your van up.
Can I come for just one or two nights?
Due to the high volume of interest and the budget to hold this event, our ticket price is an all-inclusive amount and covers the cost of camping and all activities for the course of the weekend. We are unable to do single day tickets. If you choose to, you can book a ticket and just attend for two days. Please contact us and let us know if this is your plan so we can cater for the correct numbers.
What are the lunch options at the pub?
There will be a selection of BBQ meals available. If you are unable to eat one of these meals, we will cater to all vegetarians, vegans & allergies where possible. Please contact us with your dietary requirements and we can cater to your meal.
The Barbecue Menu Includes:
-Rib fillet, sausages, rissoles or rib fillet steak burger w/ lettuce, tomato and beetroot
-All served with a variety of salads
-All served with fried onions and tomato or barbecue sauce
Will the jumping castle & games be supervised?
NO – Your child is always your responsibility during the Camp Out. Please make sure you have a responsible adult keeping watch over your child.
Where do I pick up Camp Out Crew Merch?
If you have pre ordered Camp Out Crew Merch, we will have your orders ready to go at our caravan! Please come see us to pick up your order. If you missed out, we will have extras in mens, ladies and kids but it will be on a “first in best dressed” basis and cash only.
Is Gootchie Creek pet Friendly?
YES – Pets with responsible owners are most welcome. Dogs must be on leash at all times and owners must clean-up after them. Pets are also allowed to attend the Historic Theebine Hotel in the rear Beer Garden, they cannot go inside the pub.
Does the campground area have showers/toilets?
YES – Gootchie Creek have toilets and hot showers about 900m from where we have chosen to camp. You can drive or walk to the ammenities as needed.
Does the campground area have a dump point?
YES – Gootchie Creek have a dump point available for $3.00 per cartridge.
Are Campfires permitted onsite?
YES – Please BYO self-contained fire-pit. Gootchie Creek have fire wood available at $15 per 15kg bag.
I need coffee and/or supplies!! Where can I get them?
Gootchie Creek have a coffee shop that will be open each morning from 7-10am supplying hot coffees, milkshakes and frappes. There is also a kiosk which supplies ice creams, lollies, cold drinks and small supermarket items you may have forgotten.
I need to cancel my Camp Out, what now?
You can cancel your stay at any time with the below terms for a refund. As a small business venture providing these camp outs, we need to cover costs to provide the event. The below terms are non-negotiable.
More than two weeks notice: A full refund will be provided.
Less than two weeks but up to 72 hours prior to the event: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.
