The Lookout

If your wondering which lookout is the best at Elquestro , we personally recommend Saddleback Ridge is definitely the best. It honestly has it all! ⁣⁣

Why? ⁣⁣
The track up to the lookout is a lot of fun, it’s a rocky steep climb but before you embark on the hill you cross the parmenston river, this is one of a few big water crossings you can experience. Once over the river you start your climb to the top! ⁣⁣

By all means it’s not difficult or at all hard just enjoyable if you love abit of 4x4ing. You’ll make your way to the first point of the mountain which gives you a stunning view but don’t stop there, continue around to the left and follow the track. ⁣⁣

This will bring you to the offical lookout, here you will find a very large wooden deck complete with a bench for having nibbles & drinks 🍻 it’s honestly in our opinion the best lookout. You can see for absolute miles which includes the homestead, access roads to other parts of the area, parmeston river and of course the incredible landscapes of the what WA has to offer complete with sunset. ⁣⁣
