“What a pleasant shock this location was”
What a pleasant shock this location was we had no idea what we were going to experience when we decided to pull up here for the night!
This was one of the most memorable free camps for a killer view and multiple camps situated on the edge of a huge range of mountains. There must of been a good 20+ sites to choose from, all with a sensational view of the surrounding mountains. There honestly wasn’t a bad site to choose!
This was a one night stop over for us when heading out to Karijini National Park. We fuelled up the car and grabbed a bite to eat at the Auski roadhouse which is located at the bottom of the range. Karijini is only a short drive from this stunning free camp, a great little stop over point.

Albert Tognolini Rest Area can be found on WikiCamps. We highly recommend (for at least a night) to enjoy these incredible views, it won’t disappoint.
