So firstly… Have you stayed at a hipcamp before? If not, we would highly recommend it!
We have had the most amazing experiences so far, this being one of them @drakesbrookwines One thing we have been craving so much after spending weeks in the city and suburbs of Perth, is some open space amongst the bush. This definitely ticked that box 110%. ✅
Not only is it a brilliant location to camp, it is complete with animals that live on the property like geese, chickens, pigs, horses & kangaroos plus, it’s also a winery! 🍷That’s right, it’s a small, family owned business and Bernie and Trish absolutely love making different blends of wine in their backyard. 18 blends to be exact!
On top of the wine, they also have a selection of cheese platters that you can order to enjoy down by the lake. The wine cellar under the main house is where they keep all their blends & where you can purchase your own to take home or back to the van. The whole place is just incredible, the way it’s set out is so well thought through!
If you’re chasing a quiet relaxing bush getaway, with stunning views and the chance to sneak a few wines in, this is the perfect spot to checkout! They only have 3 campsites available so make sure you get onto it quickly!
$20 per night, children included. Must be self contained.
