Helispirit Tour/Miri Miri Falls
The Tour
We finished off our amazing stay at Elquestro with a scenic Helispirit flight over the station and out to a stunning waterfall called Miri Miri Falls.
Our first helicopter experience since being on the road. What we can say, it was 100% worth it! What a bloody experience! Our flight included lunch, nibbles & drinks. Once we left the heli pad, we were flying above El Questro and taking in the view.
Nothing like the feeling of flying and seeing the earth from the sky. It’s incredible what you can see. It gives you a whole new prospective. It’s one thing to see an image from the sky with the drone, but to be up there, well… it’s next level!
After about 15 minutes, we landed at the entry to the falls. We grabbed our supplies and headed into the lush forest to find this beautiful location. After a very short walk, we were greeted by Miri Miri Falls. 🥰 What a stunning location! There was plenty of water flowing over the huge ledge, it was a sight to behold!
After swimming in the large pool at the bottom and taking it all in, we pulled out our package of goodies. In the pack was cans of soft drinks, chicken salad wraps, cheese platters and cake. What a way to finish off an incredible trip! 🙌🏼
