The Beach
This is just another reason why we absolutely love the south west! Honestly the beaches are just incredible to experience. This was a half overcast windy & cold day but it still looks stunning!
Located 1hr from Esperance, you’ll find yourself at Whartons Beach, definitely well worth the trip out for the day. The one stand out feature we love about the south is the landscape with the clear blue water and huge rock surrounds. The two together are just something else!
We managed to find a heap of 4x4 tracks leading out to a ton of our amazing beaches including Little Wharton’s Beach & Thistle Cove to name a couple. Instead of getting lost for hours, we decided to turn around and spend our day on Wharton.
We learnt that the Duke of Orleans Bay Caravan Park just 4 mins down the road was selling fresh fish & chips. So, we decided to grab ourselves a feed & enjoy it on the stunning white beach looking out over the water.
